I've liked this guy for awhile, and we are both really shy. I catch him looking at me when he thinks I'm not looking, but when we are face to face he avoids eye contact. What is going on??!

Nothing is going on because you are waiting for him to make a move, and he is probably waiting for you to make a move.

Nothing from nothing leaves nothing, so if you want to know if there will EVER be anything between the two of you, (a relationship, marriage, etc.) make a move; you have nothing to lose.
