I have a boyfriend/co-worker, who is married and living with another girl. He says he wants to move out of her place, and wants to be with me, but there is always an excuse. I want to be with him, but I am tired of his excuses.

He is 10 years younger than me, and we are good friends. I don't want to lose that friendship, nor do I want to ruin our working relationship. I also don't want to be a part of any *harem*. I think he does love me, but I don't know if it is me he loves or the idea of love. Please, as an outsider can you give me some advice? Should I put my foot down, and break it off with him? I don't want him to move in with me, and have him repeat this cycle with me in a few years. HELP!

Your er, boyfriend is where he wants to be. If he wanted to be with you, he'd be with you. He is cheating on his wife, and if the two of you ever get together, he will cheat on you. Why bother? Put your boots on, put one foot in front of the other, and get ta steppin!
